What we are, and what we are not

CM Home Care sells space and a diary. Nothing more. Read this before you book anyone — it takes a minute and it matters.

What we do

  • Give cleaners and cleaning companies a page to describe themselves and be found.
  • Give you a way to search, compare and make contact.
  • Keep the calendar so bookings do not clash.

What we do not do

  • We do not clean. The work is done by the person or company you choose, not by us.
  • We do not check anyone. Licences, insurance, police checks, experience — all of it is what the provider told us. We publish it; we do not verify it.
  • We do not rate or vet anyone. No profile screening, no background assessment, no judgement about honesty or competence.
  • We do not handle the money. The client pays the provider directly. We never hold it, split it or forward it.
  • We do not guarantee anything about the job — not the quality, not the turning up, not the outcome.

About the money

You pay the cleaner or the company directly. That payment does not pass through us at any point, so we cannot hold it, release it, refund it, or chase it. If a client does not pay, that is between the client and the provider. What we charge is separate: providers pay us for the listing and the diary, and that is the only money we handle.

If you see a payment link

It belongs to the provider, not to us. The money goes straight into their account and never touches ours — so refunds, receipts and any disagreement about a payment are between you and them. We showed you where to pay; we did not take the payment, and we do not guarantee the work.

Money between a company and its people

When a company pays someone on its roster, that happens between the two of them, outside this platform. They can both write it down here — the company says what it paid, the person confirms receiving it — but those are two statements, not a check. We do not look at any bank account and we do not decide who is right.

About working hours

The platform does not track anyone's permitted working hours. If a provider is on a student visa or any visa with a limit on hours, staying within that limit is entirely their own responsibility — the diary counts bookings, it does not know visa conditions and it will not warn anyone.

Before you book

Ask the questions you would ask anyone you were about to let into your home. Ask for documents. Ask for references. We cannot do that for you, and we do not pretend to have done it.
